Because the medication is new, your pharmacist must provide you with complete information to ensure safe, optimal treatment. So, you won’t be able to pick up new prescriptions at the lockers. You’ll only be able to do it for refills.

Prescriptions that require special storage conditions (ex.: refrigeration) cannot be picked up at the Self-service lockers. If your prescription is not eligible for Self-service pick-up, you won’t be able to select that option online at the time of your renewal.

If there are no lockers available when you renew your prescription, you’ll be notified via the same communication method you used to receive your unique code (text message or e-mail). In that case, your order will be waiting for you at the pharmacy counter.

When you receive the unique code for your pharmacy's Self-service locker, you’ll also receive the code’s expiry date.
