A new connection method will be required the next time you log in to access your Health Record, whether via the Jean Coutu website or the Jean Coutu Health mobile application.
Your Jean Coutu account you used to log into your Health Record with is now called Jean Coutu Health. It is the same account with the same associated information.
You can use the same login and password as before, and don't need to ask your pharmacist for a new access code. All the information already associated with your account will be retained.
Here are the steps to follow the next time you log in.

Confirm your identity using the code you will have received at the e-mail address associated with the account.
