Self-serve lockers
When requesting a renewal from your Health Record, you can select the self-service locker pickup method for a pharmacy that offers this service at the "Reception" step of your renewal.
An email or SMS notification, with the unique locker opening code, will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
You will be able to go to the self-service locker and enter the unique code on the keypad integrated into the locker to open the door associated with your order.
The selected pharmacy may not offer this service. We invite you to contact the pharmacy to find out about all the options available for the collection of your prescriptions.
There are some situations where the self-locker cannot be offered:
The renewal application is made outside the Health Record:
The renewal application for one or more persons includes:
- A prescription photo, or;
- A refrigerated product;
The request includes prescriptions for a file that is not eligible for online payment (e.g., weekly pill organizer services).
An email or SMS notification with the unique locker opening code will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. It is best to wait for this notification to be received before going to the pharmacy.
No, self-service locker retrieval is only possible with prescriptions listed in your Health Record.
The location of the locker in the pharmacy will be indicated in the email or SMS notification containing the unique code for opening the locker.
