Longueuil Qc, January 13, 2010 – Following the major earthquake reported last night in Haïti, theJean Coutu Group (PJC) inc. makes available to the population its network of stores to provide assistance to the people affected by this terrible disaster.
Customers of the Jean Coutu drugstores in Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick can assist victims of the earthquake as of tomorrow by making a donation in all the network’s establishments. The amount donated will be added to their bill. All the funds collected will be donated to Oxfam in support of the emergency intervention operations.
“Doing our part to assist in the National and International efforts to help victims and families is extremely important to us,” said François J.
