• to carry out an assiduous control on all price matters in the store, ensuring that everything complies with the established standards;

• perform periodic price verification;
• print reports requested by your immediate supervisor.

HEAD CASHIER

As part of your team, your essential role will be:

• plan, organize and control the operational activities and human resources of the cashier's department;

• supervise the work of the photo clerks and see to tasks distribution;

COSMETIC MANAGER

As part of your team, your essential role will be:

• to see to the constant improvement of customer service;
• plan, organize and control the operational activities and human resources for the cosmetics department;
• set and achieve sales objectives;
• manage purchases/merchandise;
• manage the cosmetics team;
• perform make-up touch-ups and animations;

POSTAL COUNTER MANAGER

As part of your team, your essential role will be:

• plan, organize and control the operational activities and human resources for the postal service
• to see to the constant improvement of customer service;
• ensure cleanliness and maintain an attractive image of the department;

• supervise the postal counter clerks and see to tasks distribution;

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN SUPERVISOR

• be responsible for the management of technical personnel in the laboratory as well as material resources and the coordination of related operations;

• in collaboration with the management team, perform various management tasks such as: hiring, performance evaluations and team schedules;

PHARMACIST SUPERVISOR

Tribute to Newcomers to the Profession

Every year we award the "Tribute to Newcomers to the Profession" (le Prix Hommage à la relève Jean Coutu) to a pharmacy student in each of the four years of the bachelor’s degree in the pharmacy program. The $1,000 prize underscores the leadership, the involvement of the student in the faculty activities and the commitment in different areas of pharmaceutical practice or in the community.

Pharmacy Technician Supervisor

The pharmacy technician supervisor is mainly in charge of managing the team of technicians, material resources as well as the coordination of operations associated to the work in the pharmacy.

• ensure merchandise reception and verification;
• ensure merchandise is distributed to the appropriate sections;

HEALTH PRODUCTS CLERK

As part of your team, your essential role will be:

• be responsible for the orthopedic, natural products and over-the-counter drug sections;
• provide exemplary customer service;
• ensure to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the specialized products of your section;

• fill the shelves.

DELIVERY PERSON

• to be responsible for prescription deliveries and/or other products to the Jean Coutu customers;

ACCOUNTING CLERK

• be responsible for general office work, payroll management and all tasks related to the store's accounting;
• issue financial statements;
