Become the queen of the sea

Prepare your face with a primer that will brighten up your complexion, smooth and plump your skin and make your look last as long as your Halloween party.
Colour your eyes. Apply a rosy lilac, semi-permanent eyeliner pencil with a metallic finish on your upper eyelid, then apply a turquoise pencil under your lower eyelids and at the outer corner of your eyes. Use an hyperpigmented white pencil to add some light at the inner corner and enhance your look with a fringe of false lashes or a few layers of mascara.
Use an eyeshadow palette and a small brush to draw some turquoise and sea green fins around your eyes. Make sure to blend the colours by dabbing them with the tip of your finger or a makeup sponge. Draw the outline of the fins with the white pencil and use pink and gold liquid eyeliners to add shimmery accents.
Apply a touch of pink blush on your cheekbones and blend towards your temples to enhance the effect if you wish.
Trace the contour of your lips with a deep coral pencil, then fill inside with a slightly lighter shade of gloss.
